North American Labor History Conference

This year's North American Labor History Conference is fast approaching.
The website is http://nalhc.wayne.edu and it has this year's program and registration information.

Just to mention a few highlights: David Bacon, the activist, scholar and photographer will be giving our Thursday keynote address. Friday we have a lunchtime talk by David Hecker of Michigan AFT discussing the challenges faced by public union employees and teachers. Friday afternoon will bring a panel discussion of public employee unionism and activist. We have Thursday and Friday receptions planned as well as a poetry slam on Friday evening. There will be fun and conversation aplenty!
